Information Centre - Cromwell i-Site
Open seven days, the Cromwell and Districts Information Centre and Museum in the Mall is a focal point for any visitor to Cromwell. Staffed by the Central Otago District Council,the centre displays the past, present and future of the Cromwell district.
The i-Site welcomes large groups of visitors, including bus loads and special interest groups and school children, but please notify the Centre before your arrival.
Photographs and models aided by a video are used to good effect to show the various phases of the development of the district. There are excellent models of the old Cromwell business centre and railway station and some interesting archaeological displays. A number of pamphlets are available on places of interest throughout the country and district.

You’ll find BNZ, Kiwibank (at Paper Plus) and National Bank in The Mall. BNZ, Kiwibank, National Bank and WestpacTrust ATM’s are located near the north entrance, and BNZ have another in New World. SBS are at the west end of The Mall.

Postal services are available at Paper Plus in The Mall.
Shopping
Enjoy a pleasant shopping experience in The Mall and adjacent area, with ample parking and plenty of cafés to tempt you.
Petrol
Petrol is available until midnight at Shell Cromwell (cnr. Barry Avenue & Murray Terrace). BP (Iles Street) until 11.00pm. Allied Petroleum (Melmore Terrace) has a MobilCard service for diesel only. There is a Shell Truckstop (diesel) at the western end of McNulty Road.
