Cromwell Half Marathon, 10k & Teams Relay

COURSE DETAILS FUN RUN OR WALK 

The 10k Fun Run or Walk starts at Alpha Street Park. Run north along the lake track (underneath the bridge) to the Lowburn Boat Ramp/inlet where your supporters can cheer you on. Then turn around and run back the same way, finishing at the Alpha Street grounds. ​

HALF MARATHON (SOLO) 

The Half Marathon course starts at Alpha Street Park and heads out north along the lake (under the bridge) with the turnaround point in Pisa Moorings about 1.6km past the footbridge. Supporters will be able to drive to this point and watch their runners turn around. After the runners have turned around they run back the way they’ve come to the finish at Alpha Street Reserve.​

HALF MARATHON (TEAM) 

The Teams Half Marathon course follows the same route as the solo runners. Teams will be able to change runners at these dedicated positions: Start to Freeway (on lake) (1.2 km from start) Freeway (on lake) to bay past Aurum (2.2 km from the last change point).  1 and 2 can be combined to make one 3.4 km run. Bay past Aurum to 45th Parallel (3 km from last change point.) 45th Parallel to Footbridge at Pisa Moorings  (2.4 km from the last change point) Footbridge at Pisa Moorings to Turnaround and back (3.5 km from the last change point) Footbridge at Pisa to 45th Parallel (2.4 km from the last change point) 45th Parallel to Bay past Aurum (3 km from last change point) Bay past Aurum to Freeway (on lake) (2.2 km from last change point) 8 and 9 can be combined to make one 3.4 km run Freeway (on lake) to Finish (1.2 km from last change point)
